The United States in trouble.

It's time for churches to fly the United States Flag in the way the law provides to indicate "distress"
to show solidarity with God, the Bible and other churches that care about the direction of our country.

True Christians should not say, "It's my country right or wrong"
They should say "It's my country - let's right the wrongs"

Flying a national flag in a church sanctuary was unheard of before the First World War. Since that time many churches have flown a United States flag inside and outside church buildings. In Nazi Germany, churches were sometimes forced to fly national flags as a sign of submission to the Third Reich. Thankfully, churches in America can remove United States flags at any time without fear of reprisal from the government.

But wait. Perhaps it’s time for American churches to make a statement. Just about every church recognizes the recent Supreme Court ruling made unconstitutional the Biblical stand on homosexuality. It’s just a matter of time before churches that do not perform gay marriages will be denied their tax-exempt status, or worse. THE HANDWRITING IS ON THE WALL.

In pre-war Germany, Protestant churches did almost nothing to influence their congregations to not vote for the NAZI party. Today, American pastors continue to claim the excuse of not wanting to lose their tax-exempt status for not speaking up from the pulpit as America descends into moral anarchy promoted by one of the political parties. But the real reason most pastors keep their mouths shut is they are afraid of upsetting members of their church. These ministers are guided more by the American government's twisted view of "plurality" and "inclusion" than clear Biblical standards.

These ministers say thing like "we need to pray for our nation" because they are afraid of saying something that would upset members.

If Protestant ministers in Germany had preached against the NAZI party in the early days, perhaps that nation would not have been given over to Satan. If American ministers start standing up against the Party that is behind moral anarchy, perhaps America will not be given over to Satan. If the ministers do nothing, America will surely be judged by God and the ministers will be punished in many ways. Not only will they lose their tax-exempt status, but they will be told what they can and can not preach from the Bible until it is finally outlawed altogether as hate speech. THE HANDWRITING IS ON THE WALL.

"I have set thee a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me. When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, thou shalt surely die; if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand" (Ezek 33:7-8).

The International sign of distress is when a flag is flown upside down.

Why is the US Flag displayed Upside Down?

The upside down U.S. flag is an official signal of distress. It is not meant to be, and is not officially recognized as any type of disrespect when so displayed for the right reasons. To the contrary, here is the relevant part of the US Code of Laws regarding how to fly the flag when in distress:
THE FLAG CODE
Title 36, U.S.C., Chapter 10
As amended by P.L. 344, 94th Congress
Approved July 7, 1976

§ 176. Respect for flag: No disrespect should be shown to the flag of the United States of America; the flag should not be dipped to any person or thing. Regimental colors, State flags, and organization or institutional flags are to be dipped as a mark of honor.
(a) The flag should never be displayed with the union down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property.
Most individuals who have served in the military service of our nation will (or should) recognize this signal.

REASONS WHY PROTESTANT CHURCHES SHOULD FLY THE AMERICAN FLAG UPSIDE DOWN:

1) To tell their congregations that the United States Government has put the nation in peril of the JUDGEMENT OF GOD.

2) To make it clear to members that the United States government is WRONG - and regardless of how popular sexual immorality is, the CHURCH WILL NEVER CONDONE IT.

3) To take a stand with OTHER CHURCHES in a UNITED FRONT TO CHANGE THE DIRECTION OF THE COUNTRY.

IF NOT NOW, WHEN?

"They came for the Jews, and I did not speak out - because I was not a Jew;
Then they came for me - and there was no one left to speak out for me."
